Based in Kent, we provide IT Support services to a number of clients throughout London, the South-East and further afield.
The majority of our clients have no in-house IT and so we are therefore their IT Department.
As one of our Support Engineers, you’ll undertake a really varied role, in which we’ll maximize your particular skill-set, ranging from first line remote support to specialist installation. Either way, you’ll need to be someone who thrives on exceptional customer service and exceeds expectations for our clients and further enhances our reputation for high customer retention. We’ll certainly value your efforts and offer you the opportunity to develop new skills to progress your IT career.
With a background in IT, you’ll be enthusiastic and well-presented, with excellent spoken English and superb all-round communication and interpersonal skills. But it’s that strong customer service ethic we’re really interested in, along with a superb telephone manner. However, you must also have experience, skills and/or qualifications in:
You will need to visit customer sites and will therefore require access to a car, less than 5 years old, and hold a full driving license. Mileage and expenses will of course be paid.
We are a small company and you will be required to work from home for the majority of your time. You will therefore need to have a broadband connection to the internet and somewhere quiet to work. We will provide you with a telephone, laptop and anything else you require.
